  This issue brings together five articles examining recent developments in judicial law and procedural governance in response to institutional, constitutional, environmental, and technological change. The contributions explore judicial discretion under conditions of legal uncertainty, the harmonisation of regional legislation following constitutional adjudication, the implications of artificial intelligence for fair trial guarantees, procedural justice in climate litigation, and evidentiary challenges arising from digital technologies in cybercrime proceedings. The issue also reflects an increasingly international authorship, bringing together scholars affiliated with institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.   This inaugural issue of Decisio: Journal of Judicial Law and Procedure (Vol. 1, No. 1, 2026) presents five rigorously peer-reviewed articles by eleven authors.
