Publication Ethics

This journal adheres strictly to the ethical standards established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and is committed to maintaining integrity, transparency, and accountability in academic publishing. Authors are required to ensure that all submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere. Acts such as plagiarism, data falsification, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.

1. Duties of Authors
Authors must ensure the originality of their work and provide proper citation of all sources. Authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently. Authors are expected to actively participate in the peer review process and provide corrections or retractions when necessary.

2. Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts based on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editors must ensure a fair, unbiased, and timely peer review process. They must maintain confidentiality and must not use unpublished materials for personal research without the author's consent.

3. Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions. Reviews must be conducted objectively and confidentially. Reviewers should identify relevant work not cited by the authors and report any similarities or overlap. Reviewers must decline participation if there is a conflict of interest.

4. Plagiarism Policy
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarism will be rejected immediately.

5. Publication Decisions
Editorial decisions are based on the importance, originality, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript.

6. Conflicts of Interest
All parties (authors, reviewers, editors) must disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest.

7. Retraction Policy
Articles may be retracted if proven to contain plagiarism, fraudulent data, or unethical research practices. Retraction notices will be clearly identified.

8. Data Access and Retention
Authors may be required to provide raw data for editorial review and should be prepared to provide public access when appropriate.

9. Complaints and Appeals
Authors may submit complaints or appeals regarding editorial decisions. The journal will follow COPE guidelines in handling such cases.

10. Ethical Oversight
The journal is committed to ensuring that all published research complies with ethical standards, including legal and institutional requirements where applicable.
