Peer Review Process
Peer Review Process
Decisio: Journal of Judicial Law and Procedure implements a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published manuscripts.
Each submission is first evaluated by the editorial team to assess its relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, compliance with submission guidelines, and originality. Manuscripts that pass this initial screening are subjected to a plagiarism check before being sent for external review.
Eligible manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript’s subject area. Reviewer and author identities are concealed to ensure objectivity. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor decides to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript.
Revised manuscripts are assessed to ensure that reviewers’ comments have been adequately addressed. Final acceptance is determined by the Editor-in-Chief. Accepted articles undergo copyediting and proofreading prior to publication.
